Dear all international students,
最近，新型冠状病毒引起的呼吸系统疾病在中国蔓延，牵动所有人的心，中国正在全国范围内积极采取措施控制疫情扩散蔓延。为了所有留学生的安全和健康，留学生办公室建议你仔细阅读以下内容。
The current outbreak of Pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus has touched the hearts of all, lots of control and prevention measures has been implemented in China. In order to thoroughly and effectively fight against novel coronavirus，as students of SUSE, the International Students Office advises you to read the following notice:
1. 到目前为止我校还没有出现新冠肺炎病例。
Currently there are no cases of 2019-nCoV at our university.
2. 为保障广大留学生的身体健康，请遵循以下指导。
To ensure the health of international students, please follow the instructions please.
1）除非你要回国，请尽量避免去机场、公共汽车站/火车站和港口等人群拥挤的地方，避免感染疾病。
Avoid traveling to airports, bus/train stations, ports and areas that are crowded to reduce risk of disease transmission, except when you are returning to your home country.
2）不去电影院、KTV、酒吧等公共场所。
Do not go to any public place, like cinema, KTV, bars, etc.
3）避免与新冠肺炎流行地区的人接触，并注意照顾好自己。
Avoid contacting with people from the areas where the respiratory illness is prevalent, and take good care of yourself.
4）避免在校内或校外聚会，避免互相串门，避免与有呼吸道症状如发烧、咳嗽等的人密切接触。
Avoid gathering on or off campus, avoid visiting in the dormitory, and avoid close contact with people who have respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough, etc.
5)出门请戴口罩，回到房间请认真洗手，并且勤开窗，经常通风。
If you go out, please wear a mask. Wash hands carefully when returning back to the dormitory. Frequently open windows for better ventilation.
3. 如果你已经回国或正在中国其他城市，请不要提前返校。
For students who have gone back home or gone to other cities in China:
Once you have left Zigong or Yibin, you are not allowed to come back to campus earlier than the informed return date.
4. 如果你假期住在校内宿舍里，当进入或离开校园时，请随身携带学生证，以便在校园门口进行安全检查。当需要量体温时，请认真配合学校工作人员。
For students living on campus:
Please always take your student card with you when enter or leave campus for security check at campus gates. Please work in cooperation with the university staff when a temperature check is required.
5.你可以按照自己的计划随时回国，但请你在离开前向留学生办公室和你的学院请假，并得到许可。
If you want or plan to return to your home country, please go to the International Students Office and your school to ask the permit for leave.
6.一旦你有发烧、咳嗽、肌肉酸痛等症状，请立即联系宿舍管理员及值班老师，前去医院检查时请戴上口罩。医生会在初步检查后给你合适的建议。请严格按医生的要求做，不必惊慌。
If you have a fever, cough or sore muscles etc. You could contact the dormitory staff and the teacher on duty, you are requested to wear a mask and go to hospital to check. Doctors will suggest what to do after they give you a preliminary check. Please strictly follow doctors'instructions and there is no need to panic.

Prevention and control of the epidemic is the responsibility and obligation of everybody. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. In case of emergency, please contact teachers on duty.
