03 国际合作与交流情况
Internationalization
国际化办学情况
通过积极推进教育国际化，学校已与20余个国家的50余所高校和教育机构建立了友好的合作关系，开展了包括学历提升、交流互访、科研合作、学分互换、成立语言中心、汉语志愿者、实习等多种形式的交流活动。经过近几年的国际化发展，学校已招收了来自60余个国家和地区的700多名留学生。近2000名学生赴国(境)外交流学习、实习或联合培养，每年近百名教师出国（境）学术交流和访学。
Internationalization
Through actively promoting the internationalization of education, the university has established friendly cooperative relations with more than 50 universities and educational institutions in more than 20 countries, and has carried out activities including academic qualifications promotion, exchanges and visits, scientific research cooperation, credit exchange, the establishment of language centers, and various forms of exchange activities such as Chinese volunteers and internships. After recent years of international development, the university has enrolled more than 700 international students from more than 60 countries and regions. Nearly 2,000 students go abroad for exchanges, internships or joint cultivation. Every year, nearly 100 teachers go abroad for academic exchanges and visits.
教师出国(境)情况
为了加强人才队伍建设，提高教师队伍的国际化水平，学校鼓励教师积极“走出国门”。2015年至今，学校共计派出260余名在校教职工前往美国、加拿大、法国、英国、法国、哥斯达黎加、古巴、马来西亚、澳大利亚、捷克、波兰、印度、希腊、日本等20多个国家和地区参加学术会议、访问、科研项目合作、学历提升等学术或外事活动。
Teachers Going Abroad
In order to strengthen the construction of talented team and improve the internationalization level of teachers, the university encourages teachers to go abroad actively. Since 2015, SUSE has sent more than 260 faculty members to over 20 countries and regions, including the U.S., Canada, France, UK, Costa Rica, Cuba, Malaysia, Australia, Czech Republic, Poland, India, Greece and Japan, to participate in academic or foreign affairs activities such as academic conferences, visits, cooperation in scientific research projects, and promotion of academic qualifications.
学生出国(境)情况
作为学校教育国际化的一个重要内容，学生出国(境)项目一直以来受到高度重视。2015年至今，学校共计派出近500名学生前往美国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大、日本、新西兰、波兰、白俄罗斯、匈牙利、哥斯达黎加、西班牙、韩国、泰国、马来西亚等国家和地区参加学历提升、交换、实习实训、汉语志愿者项目。
Students Going Abroad
As an essential part of the internationalization of education, students going abroad program has always been highly valued by the university. Since 2015, SUSE has sent nearly 500 students to the U.S., UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Poland, Belarus, Hungary, Costa Rica, Spain, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries and regions to participate in promotion of academic qualifications, exchanges, internships and Chinese volunteer projects.

四川轻化工大学重视海外引智工作。从1996年开始引进外籍教师，至今已有25年的历史。他们分别来自美国、西班牙、日本、巴基斯坦、尼日利亚、菲律宾等国家，在引进先进科学技术、加强学科建设、提高教育质量、培养高层次人才、促进文化交流等方面为学校的国际化发展作出了巨大贡献。
Foreign Experts
The university attaches great importance to the work of introducing overseas talents. It has a history of 25 years since 1996. There are experts from the United States, Spain, Japan, Pakistan, Nigeria, Philippines and other countries.They have made tremendous contributions to the international development of SUSE in bringing in advanced science and technology, enhancing discipline development, improving education quality, cultivating high level talents and promoting culture exchange.
国际留学生培养
自2014年首次招收国际学历生以来，目前已累积招收培养来自法国、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、乌克兰、哈萨克斯坦、巴基斯坦、韩国、哥斯达黎加、印度、南非、摩洛哥等国的国际留学生近八百名，招生规模在四川省属高校中排名前列，国际留学生教育覆盖全校19个学院的44个专业。目前，我校可为国际留学生提供硕士研究生、本科生的学历教育以及汉语的语言课程教育。
International Education
Since the first enrollment of degree education in 2014, SUSE have cultivated nearly eight hundred international students from France, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, South Korea, Costa Rica, India, South Africa, Morocco and other countries around the world and the enrollment scale is in the forefront of Sichuan province. International student education covers 44 majors in 19 colleges of SUSE. At present, SUSE offers international students with post-graduate degree education, undergraduate degree education and Chinese language education.
中印巴研究中心
中印巴研究中心于2018年设立，结合学校传统专业学科优势，围绕印巴地区相关政策展开研究，瞄准国际学科前沿，吸收整合校内外、国内外相关资源，为政府规划与战略研究工作提供高端政策咨询。自成立以来，中心多次积极主办、承办各类国际会议，邀请来自巴基斯坦、印度、孟加拉国、尼泊尔、阿富汗、斯里兰卡等国的专家学者到校进行访问。
Center for China-India-Pakistan Studies
The Center for China-India-Pakistan Studies of Sichuan University of Science and Engineering was established in 2018. Combining with the comprehensive advantages of SUSE in many traditional disciplines, absorbing and integrating relevant resources around the world, the center is devoted to provide high-end policy consultation for government planning and strategic studies at research frontiers.Since its establishment, the center has actively hosted various international conferences, and invited experts and scholars from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka and other countries to visit the university.

国际学术交流与合作中心于2021年正式成立，中心将结合学校国际化办学需要和各学科发展需要，积极开展各项国际学术交流活动，围绕高素质人才队伍建设，提供相关理论的前沿信息，为国内外学者搭建高层次学术交流的平台。
Academy for International Collaboration and Exchange
Established in 2021, the Academy for International Collaboration and Exchange was built up to strengthen the academic research of Sichuan University of Science and Engineering. The center will actively carry out various academic exchange activities based on the internationalization and to meet the needs of various disciplines development. The center will focus on the construction of high-quality talent team to provide cutting-edge information on relevant theories and build a high-level academic exchange platform for domestic and foreign scholars.

基本情况
学校有两个校区，分别座落于四川省的两个国家历史文化名城，一是享有“中国灯城、恐龙之乡、千年盐都”美誉的自贡市，二是具有“中国酒都、万里长江第一城”美誉的宜宾市。校园环境优美，风景如画，是学生奠基人生梦想、教师实现学术抱负的理想之地。美轮美奂的宜宾校区被誉为“宜宾旅游打卡圣地”，宏伟现代的自贡东部新城大安校区即将拔地而起。
School Introduction
The university has two campuses, which are located in two national historical and cultural cities in Sichuan Province. One is Zigong City, which enjoys the reputation of "China's Lantern City, Hometown of Dinosaurs, and Thousand-year Salt City"; Yibin City is known as the "First City on the Yangtze River and Liquor Capital of China". Both of the two campuses possess beautiful environment and picturesque scenery. It is an ideal place for students to lay the foundation of their life dreams and teachers to realize their academic ambitions.
